The Thursday before last Zack went out to the MX track and wrecked again. He managed to fracture his right elbow. His second wreck in two weeks. Damn. The doctor told him he didn't need a cast, which made him really happy. His bike got pretty torn up in the crash, but it will be awhile before Z's arm is recovered enough to turn a wrench. :)
I was supposed to visit the doctor last Monday, but she ws in surgery all day, so they rescheduled for yesterday. The doc did a quick sonogram for us. Check it out:
She also gave us a new due date: February 20th, 2005.
And last, but certainly not least, happy belated birthday to my wonderful mom. I called her on her bday, but I wanted to post something in here as well. I love you, mommy dearest!

Ok, I know I already said this when I saw the picture with the St Bernard, but you and your mom look SO much alike.
Neat-o sonogram. Is the head on the left and the toes on the right? Being kidless, it's pretty much a rorschach to me, but it's still amazing.

hey your baby might be born on imbolc....i hope that whenever it's born, it's healthy and has the mark of the goddess, which i'm sure it will. my friend amelia has a two-year old, and we dressed her up for lughnasadhe....it was so much fun, she looked like a little celtic priestess

You know, the sonograms were my favourite part of being pregnant, especially in the beginning. I remember the first one. I think it was about 9 weeks, and I saw her for the first time, and heard the heartbeat! The little peanut was so cute! I giggled when I saw her, and she wiggled right along with them. Ah, the wiggle giggle connection. It's the best.
