I've been under the weather / kind of blue lately. It's something that is so tempting to wallow in, but Zack never allows it. Whenever I start to feel down he seems to sense it and he smothers me in kisses. This is love. I wake up in the middle of the night sometimes because he's cuddling up to me or tucking the blankets in around me so I'm not cold. He's always teaching me things, whether it's restoring partitions on a hard drive or browning ground beef without overcooking it. He even spends time with my impossible father on some weekends, helping with manly stuff or teaching dad how to use his laptop.

Zack also makes me laugh. For example, from a game of Trivial Pursuit we were playing last week:

Question: Whose assassination was deemed a conspiracy by a Tennessee jury, in 1999?

Z's answer: Abraham Lincoln? (hahahaha - actual answer is Martin Luther King Jr's)
